Return&Refund Policy: due to the global pandemic, only paintings over 18" are eligible for return/refund.

For the small items, it's not worth the risk; please make sure you would like a small painting to find a forever home with you before the purchase. I can send you a short video of the small painting upon request; please contact me info@olenam.com

The large paintings (over 18") are eligible for in-person outdoors "physical distancing" preview in the Bay area (the mask is required, no exceptions - it's for your protection too).

Returns within 2 days after receiving the painting and the buyer pays for return shipping (no, returns are NOT ELIGIBLE for "physical distancing" return, shipping only). Refund processed within 5 business days after receiving the returned item to the original payment method.

SHIPPING: during global pandemic shipping within the USA is FREE.
